Established in 2003, Unico Entertainment focuses on feature film production, distribution, DVD authoring, film restoration and opening non-traditional distribution channels in the Philippines and abroad.
It has produced critically acclaimed movies such as Crying Ladies, Inang Yaya (shot in HD), La Visa Loca, and Santa Santita, all of which were rated A by the Cinema Evaluation Board (CEB). These films have garnered top awards in local award-giving bodies and have been recognized in international competitions.
