Our Vietnam representative office is now officially open for business! Our hugely successful joint launch party with Optima Digital was held on 3 October 2008 in Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC), at the Dong Dao Bar in Pasteur St., Dist.1.
To celebrate the event, Unitel President Tony Gloria, directors Jun Reyes and Jorg Schifferer, VP for Operations Maricel Royo, and Client Services Head Cecile Guidote joined Unitel’s Chief Representative in Vietnam, Odette Filio, in HCMC.
The night’s program started with our motion graphics AVP, “Bridging Asia”, an introduction to why the two companies are opening representative offices in HCMC. Unitel and Optima also presented separate AVPs that highlighted each company’s capabilities. We offered Vietnam a “world of choices” – Unitel’s range of people and technology to guarantee a perfectly tailor-made solution to all the different needs of the market in Vietnam and the rest of Asia.
The party was capped with a raffle with prizes such as two iPod Touch units and travel tickets for 2 to Manila. Guests also went home with goodie bags filled with souvenirs from both companies.
